DR CAROLE HOLME - RETIREMENT
After 41 years in the NHS and 36 years at HMC, Dr Carole Holme has decided to retire!
She has seen a lot of changes during that time and has risen to the challenge on every occasion.
She has been working part time over the past few years, resulting in more time for golfing, cycling, sailing and skiing. Sadly this was all put on hold over the last year, but it did give her the chance to work on her other hobby - knitting! She now has 3 grandchildren and has decided the time has come to stop working and concentrate on her family.
Some of you will have known her for 36 years and will have enormous fondness and respect for her. We at HMC will certainly miss her greatly, both her wealth of knowledge and experience, but also her fun loving and friendly manner. You will all know her to be kind and a tenacious advocate for her patients, both on a personal health level and within the development of the practice.
We hope you will all join us in wishing her well in a long and healthy retirement. Dr Holme's final day in practice is Tuesday 29th June.
Dr Philippa Wilson Joins the Practice
We are pleased to welcome Dr Philippa Wilson to the practice. Dr Wilson joins us from Great Sutton Medical Centre, having previously worked at Handbridge as a Registrar. Dr Wilson will work on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
