global air travel

Please note we require six weeks notice in order to provide travel vaccinations.

Please submit the form below or ask for a 'Travel Questionnaire' at reception.

Once your form is received, expect to hear from one of our travel nurses within the next 2 weeks, they will then let you know what you need for your travels and when you can have these.

Please note - all complex travel must be booked at a travel clinic and not at the surgery.  The following types of travel are classed as complex:

  • School Trips

  • Complex itineries to many countries

  • Backpacking

  • Voluntary/aid work

  • Visits to stay with family and friends abroad.

You will need specialist advice for any of these trips. We suggest visiting your local Boots travel clinic or Well travel clinic (Watergate street). You may need to pay a small fee for your initial consultation, this is usually taken off the total cost of vaccinations given after receiving your expert advice.
