If you have symptoms associated with coronavirus including a new continuous cough and a high temperature, you are advised to stay at home for 7 days.


Do not book a GP appointment or attend your GP Practice.


If your symptoms are serious, or get worse, NHS 111 has an online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need further medical help and advise you what to do.

View Your Medical Records

In line with government guidelines Handbridge Medical Centre have enabled patients to view their medical records as part of Patient Access.

Being able to see your record online might help you to manage your medical conditions. It also means that you can access it from anywhere in the world should you require medical treatment on holiday.

To apply for access to your medical records, please print and complete the following online form or request a questionnaire from reception next time you are at the practice.
