Practice Management

Ms Helen Whyte (f)

Practice Manager

In addition to the Reception Team we have a dedicated Administration Team who provide the secretarial, data entry and note summarising functions within the practice. Whilst the majority of this work goes on behind the scenes you may well be put in contact with the secretary if you have requested a letter or a medical report from the doctor or if you have a query with a referral to hospital.
Miss Evelyn McGuinness (f)

Medicine Manager.

If you have any problems or queries with your prescriptions or medication, I am here to help answer your questions. I am available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 9am and 2pm. You can contact me on 01244 680169 or drop into the surgery and I can help with queries such as  aligning your medication and explaining how repeat dispensing works and much more.

Our Reception Team do a fantastic job in keeping the practice running smoothly and looking after the interests of the patients. The phones and reception desk can be very busy so if you have to wait we would welcome your patience.
